Battle Myths and Folklore

It was only a weekend in Tewkesbury’s long history, but a dramatic one which people talked about, dramatized, exaggerated and invented stories, for all sorts of reasons and for many decades and centuries afterwards. Those stories are still there and new ones are being added. Some come from surprising places.
